Installation - Service - Maintenance

All installation is done by hand with handtools. This should leave no signs of your new system until nightfall when your property becomes a nighttime work of art. Depending upon where you are located will determine the materials and methods that will be suggested to use.  We use only top quality products designed to endure the most extreme climates, the most durable and longest lasting products the industry has to offer. The differences range from sea air which would cause concerns about corosion unlike inland projects, or low lying areas that may retain water.

We service, repair and maintain landscape lighting systems.  Your landscaper can assist by pruning back shrubs and trees around your fixtures. A little extra care by your landscaper will keep your fixtures free of debris. 

Or we will do the process if you prefer this encompasses trimming shrubbery - plants that obstruct lighting fixtures. Cleaning fixtures and lens. Inspecting reflectors, bulbs, lens, o rings and lubrication and add corrosion inhibitor if needed.

While the majority of our work is designing, installing and maintaining outdoor lighting systems from the ground up, we also rebuild and repair existing systems. After we install your outdoor lighting system, we don't just disappear.

We choose to use the most durable and long lasting products the industry has to offer. Your lighting system will be designed to withstand the elements. Your landscape lighting will need a minimum amount of maintenance to keep it looking its' best. We will if you choose include all the material and spare parts you might need to maintain your system for several years.

 We offer annual, semi-annual and monthly service to make sure your system looks the way it did on the day we installed it, a full detailed list of items covered is available when we meet if you would like us to provide a level of service you choose. 

Although we utilize the longest life lamps available, re-lamping will eventually be necessary. It can be done by anyone with moderate mechanical abilities. We will be happy to identify lamp requirements or to supply you with replacement lamps.

Lifetime warranty on our workmanship and 1 year on lamps with 1 year of included maintenance.

Lifetime warranty on transformers.

Fixtures have different warranties from different manufactures so we are your go-between for the manufacture's warranty. Warranties range 1 or 2 years up to ten years there are manufactures that offer lifetime on fixtures. Sometimes we can replace the internal parts of a fixture after a warranty expires.
